  • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention (honeypot, rate-limit, short-lived logs).
  • Consent: audience-measurement cookies only after consent via the banner.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by the www.prodigy-tagmanager.com team. We rely on:

  • Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC) — transactional email delivery.
  • o2switch — hosting (222-224 Boulevard Gustave Flaubert, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France).

We do not sell or share data for advertising purposes.

5. International transfers

Postmark is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

  • Contact and quote requests: 3 years after last contact, then archived or deleted.
  • Security logs (IP, UA): 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data, plus post-mortem directives. Send requests via our Contact. You can also lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (CNIL in France).

8. Cookies
